Combat Modifiers

This is a table with more extensive target modifiers than is provided within the Mekton Zeta Book. There is also a revised hit location table for humans. It was noticed during gaming that the table provided in the Mekton Zeta Book produced too many leg hits. This table should alleviate that problem.
