Alternative Internal Automation Rules
Level 5 I.A. systems are the basic element for the Storm Bearers for my Shared Universe Hing-Ziche campaign setting. Heres a slightly different way of looking at them; this way you can choose the levels of the various skills in the I.A. portfolio.

No skills can be higher than the Automation Level.
Thus, a Level 3 system with a Mutiple of x1 would cost x.18, and give you 6 Skill points. This could give you two skills at Level 3, or 1 at LVL 1, at LVL 2, and one at LVL 3.
